Progressive Craftguide

A craftguide for sfinv, adding a recipe-tab whose recipes are revealed progressively — only recipes whose ingredients have been discovered are visible. This helps to not overwhelm the player, and instill a sense of exploration.

Inspired by i3. Based on minetest-game’s mtg_craftguide, which in turn is based on craftguide. This will remain a simple patched version of mtg_craftguide; I hope to keep up-to-date with upstream.
